In this page there is a description of the ways of management of the website in relation to the processing of personal data of the users who use it.
This disclosure, pursuant to art. 13 of the Legislative Decree. N. 196/2003 – Code regarding the protection of personal data – is provided to those who interact with the web services of this website.

THE DATA CONTROLLER

After the consultation of this website, data concerning identified or identifiable people, companies and institutions can be processed. The data controller is the owner of the site as from the data shown on the site.

The processing connected to the web services of this website take place at the head office of the data controller and are handled by internal and external technical personnel charged with the processing, or by others charged with occasional maintenance operations.

TYPES OF PROCESSED DATA
Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected to be associated with specific individuals, but by their very nature they could allow to identify users through processing and associations with data held by third parties.
This category of data includes the IP addresses or the domain names of computers used by users connecting to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) of requested resources, the time of request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in reply, the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server (successful, error, etc..) and other parameters regarding the operating system and computer environment of the user.
These data are used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the website and to check its correct functioning. These data are deleted immediately after the processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical crimes against the site.
Data provided voluntarily by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary dispatch of e-mail to addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message or in the transmission module of the message.

COOKIES
No personal data concerning the users is acquired from the site.
We do not use cookies to transmit personal information, nor do we use c.d. persistent cookies of any kind, or systems for tracking users.
The use of c.d.. session cookies (which are not stored permanently on the user’s computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to transmitting session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to allow a safe and efficient exploration of the site.
The c.d. session cookies used on this site avoid the use of other techniques which could potentially damage the privacy of the users. They do not allow the acquisition of personal data which may identify the users.
OPTIONAL  SUBMISSION OF DATA
Apart from that specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide the data controller with personal data contained in the application forms or indicated in contacts to request the sending of informative material or other communications.
Their absence can make it impossible to fulfill the request.

METHODS OF DATA PROCESSING
Personal data are processed by automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.
Specific security measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, illegal or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECTS
The subjects whose personal data refer to have at any time the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of such data and to know their content and origin, verify their accuracy or request their integration, updating, or correction, in accordance with art. 7 of the Legislative Decree. N. 196/2003.
Pursuant to this Article, the subjects have the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, and to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their treatment. Requests should be addressed to the data controller only by electronic mail to the e-mail address of the owner with the subject “Privacy” and specifying their demands in the message.
